On a 'rambling trip' up to Scotland, sleeping in woods etc [Luke likes to do that kind of thing] he spotted a beautiful waitress in a cafe. He went in and asked her name [yes, Helen]. Then went off to the woods to write a song about her. Next day he went back to the cafe and performed the song for her.......and she ran from the building screaming....I kid you not!
